1. Prewritten Essays
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of prewritten essays:
- Refunds are generally not available once the download link has been accessed.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors preventing access
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Custom Essays
Refund eligibility may apply if:
- Payment was made but work has not commenced
- There is a failure to deliver within the agreed timeline
